The human body wasn't built to, to train very hard with weights then start becoming mr gymnast in the ring and training with an above average mass on a average frame. Why would they need nandrolone?
In fairness the rock's physique wouldn't be hard to achieve as a natty trainer but it would take a while.
How long have you been training for out of interest - care to share your lifts?
You would certainly need nandrolone for the joint & tendon recovery time (collagen synthesis increase up to 280%) in that business and it’s favoured over Boldenone or Primobolan because it doesn't aromatised and it doesn't get 5 alpha reduced into a more potent hormone. And obviously because it’s easily stacked with Test and it creates a “the magic fluid” around the joints also.If you search you will see the majority of mma / wwe wrestlers have or will get caught for nandrolone.
I’m not a power lifter, I’m a body builder, I’ve done a few comps(untested) and I’ve been training since I was 16, I’m in my 20s now. But last time I checked my 1rep max were on the big 3, I didn’t and don’t always train them, for instance I don’t do bench press unless I’m mixing my lifts up and trying for a 1rm.
Bench – 150-160KG
Squat – About 140KG
Deadlift – About 170KG
