not really. the stats are unbelievebly bad (power dosent do anything, -150 hits means u need at least 350 hp in template) the resists are hard to template, and u lose gov/nailahs so cap increases and spell damage/range are totally fucked up. unbelievebly bad for templates, fantastic to abuse proc

can't you just wear it, get it to proc, and swap back to GoV/Nailah's with your resist enhance proc for 10minutes ?
