If you've paid 4 weeks in advance then there's no way this should've happened.

not wanting to crush the spirit, but i'm 99% sure that in this patch CM merchant items will be p00fed when house gets up on auction aswell as all decorations, only things in the housevault go to the banker, but thats just what i've heard from several ppl who forgot to pay their rent...

but if ya need proof if the items are actually lost then i can vouch for it that you had 1 Sacristian Belt, 2 Sable Warlock Sleeves and a Flurry's Dancing Defender as i checked yer merchant arround 5am this morning

I got my house a day before soulfly and so far ive topped rent up 3 times not 4
SOO if he genuinely DID put 4 weeks in then this is a goa problem not his

Do you payed the rent with the same char which bought the lot? Afaik there is a bug that you can pay the rent with an alt, but it isn't registering the payment, so house go poof.

I've successfully paid rent with 3 different alts. You can tell immediately if payment's successful by bringing up the house interface, going to Info and then scrolling down for the information on the contents of your lockbox versus the lockbox capacity AND the next time (in hours and days) that your rent is due. Impossible to get caught out if you read this information. Any problems can be immediately reported to GOA in advance of a house disappearing.
