all parts i have atm were aquired at a top price of 3 plats a piece

so.... those ppl knew that it is normal....

it is not because i have almost completed this set that ppl have to start extorting me for having 1) loads of cash 2) at least beeing interested in that stuff 3) not beeing an afk leecher on a sidi raid like 70 percent are when they go, then they all whine that they lose vs apoc, rofl, bunch of friggin pve noobs.

at least i'm willing to pay a fair descent and HUGE price for it, but all has to be a bit real. I know housing is upcomming, i'll just have to wait a bit till all ppl have their cash and stuff then all prices, inc rags etc... will drop like a rock


US : respec stones sell for 300 gp
here 4/8 plat
US: sidi equipment is given away since ToA is there
here ppl try to exploit the luck they once have to full extent untill all will be gone


ppl should jump at the three plat i'm willing to offer on the crown and the 10 plat i'm willing to offer for the robe

If you think a Robe with a 225pt heal proc on it is only worth the pitiful amout of 10p then you're sadly mistaken.

you don't know one thing of price calculation, all your resources are fictional as are all the other stuff. And since Most ppl in this game hardly have 3 plat on their characters rethink your prices.

ok, so all ppl may sell common drops they find for over ... a lot of P according to Pinhead here. Since he seems to be the resource manager when it comse to making prices

i won't even bother thinking about that until i have a full set... just as simple as that

i have read on discussion boards some "claim" to kill apoc with two FG. OUR noble albion charges in with 100+ ppl , half of them afk and they can't even succed in that (most of the times)

There has been lotsa posts here on BW regarding over pricing on items ranging from dragon stuff to sidi weaps etc.
Ofc, ppl can charge whatever they want for an item, but nothing is ever sold to make ppl happy only to make as large a profit as possible.
I also see things like claiming spots, claiming drops in raids when feeling like it, excluding soloers and people belonging to small guilds from raids and items. Not to mention the lack of respect from ppl because they are from this or that fine guild.

I need to say that I agree with the things pointed out by DeaD GuRu, even tho I would have been less erm.. lets say Confronting regarding my thoughts about the way things ought to be.
And even worse, im sure many ppl feel exactly the same as I, but are afraid to talk in case they will be excluded in the one or the other way. Been examples of that too.

Some things has slowly gotten better over time but still a lot of me me me going about.....

U posted that u needed 2 items for complete set, bad thing to do, people are bound to ask top dollar, no doubt if the situation was reversed you would do the same. In the states in alb they sell for 4-12 plat, depending on server.

Incidentally, anyone who wants a respec stone should buy them at the very reasonable price of 4 plat for a career respec, 3 plat for an RA stone from Shadowlord Dragon Killers Inc.

my information on stones on US servers comes from a IRL mate that plays on those servers.

As for the price here, as i said for the uncommon and rare drops etc... three plat is doable,
firstly to give the working person some form of reward and secondly to show that they are not as commonly farmed as other things. But if they go for more then these numbers this i considder egoistical , inconsiderate. Mainly because you exlude, as SiX mentioned, a lot of solo players and smaller guilds.

I know elitism is the one emotion that kids love to promote , well it is discrimination and exploiting game contents

i do not contradict myself here, but lazy RVR ppl want to gain easy cash so they ripp off PVE ppl. This is not nice. Most ppl won't ever be able to obtain any of these things with this mentality


btw, i did pay 8P for two full respec stones. As i said, i may have some cash but others don't.


about time ppl started to play together instead of play against each other in here. And as usual some younger ppl are specialists is fucking things up.
I may do the same from time to time, i can make mistakes, but at least i can admit em

ps: my main angre is quite simple. I love the sidi stuff. But at least i'm a good sport and i do not join the famous AFK raids like those ppl that sell the stuff for loads of cash do... they join , leech then still want loads of cash as well... get real pls.. But i am willing to reward the persons with a bit of cash. I may have offered 10p for a robe, but i find it totally surrealistic.
Since i only need two parts of his armour and i am a SOLO player the elitism that drips from some spoiled brats in major guilds makes me puke. like Tilda, doing raids from time to time in sidi... still asking 6 p for a silk crow, i know he's a kid, needs to learn a lot, but he should be slapped silly for even trying to ripp ppl with knowledge and honesty off.

If this gives those ppl a reason to raise prices or even refusing to sell to me, so be it. This just proves my point.

The value of an item is based SOLELY on what a buyer will agree to pay, and what the seller will agree to accept.

Not sure what you are attempting to imply with this, but. The Sidi Wizard robe that I have was acquired by my guild winning the lottery on it after attending a Sidi raid led by myself on Sunday the 14th September. I was then successful in winning the in-guild lottery on the item. If I were to sell it, most of the proceeds would go straight back into my guild in the form of payment for up-coming housing.

As I said. Any price for any item is based on what the buyer and seller agree to. And I, as a prospective seller, have no desire to sell the item for 3p, 10p, 20p or even 50p, as the combined cost to acquire the item in terms of time and energy put in by both myself, my guild and the rest of the raid attendants where it was acquired outweighs the time and energy required to farm that amount of cash.

It doesn't matter how 'they are listed'. And I'm not 'making a price'. I merely offered to sell you one for what I quickly calculated it was worth to myself and my guild. If you don't agree to that, you don't buy, I don't care.

Ahh... 3plat for an item which can by farmed around 5 times a day by a single person, versus an item which takes 25+ people to get, and could only possible be obtained about once every 2 days (or get ANY chestpiece about 6 times a day)

Merely by rating an item's value on the rarity of the item, or the man-hours required to get it, that would rate a Sidi chestpiece over 100plat if you think 3plat is the 'correct' price to sell Oil Drenched Cleaning Rags at.

and fyi, i did sell oilys for three plat from time to time, but pls check in game what i did do with most oil rags i farmed during my period over there.

and as for the robe, since i seem to be the wizard with most parts of a full armour and the lack of cooperation from albs in here to complete it in a fashionable , descent way i can only add that i know i'm dealing with kids in here. Jealousy, hatred, envy, all emotions thrown in once face. Childish.
