If you cant even show abit of pride then how will you during the game? If i was captain i would insist that every player sung their heart out during the anthem, use it like the Hakka for the all blacks to bring everyone up a level.

Yes I do watch him and I do know, you know what I mean about hanging around the edge of the box, that where he gets his goals from. Frank Lampard has been given ample opportunity in central midfield for England, he's the only one who hasn't been shifted around to fit in the team and he has not delivered the goods. Atleast with Gerard I see an improvement from when he plays central midfield as opposed to the left handside. With Lampard we get nothing extra whether he's playing there with Gerard or Barry.

Carrick Gerrard Barry
Rooney
Heskey Defoe

I do like the 4-3-1-2, although I doubt its in Capello's mind with the (shit) wingers in the squad. I'd offer Rooney a reprieve and see what he can offer in the game. If its the crap he's offered for the last two games put Milner in there instead.
