It got updated when I was on Sky. If you know all the components you're dealing with it keeps everything straightforward. You use your own kit = no tec support. As a company it makes sense. For what it's worth I never had any WiFi issues either.ford prefect said:I don't really see what there is to keep in order. It has terrible functionality, and transmits at a pissy 75mw! That gives it an apalling range. Truth be told, I'm not convinced it is a particularly great modem either.
