Yes, keep the thread. It shows the great benifit of muman negotiation and bargaining, and demostrates that at the end of the day, we do have some morales (well, most of us do). Furthur more, now that everyone is just about friends, it seems a suitable place to Plug Clan Grey Area.
We are so desperate for members we will take, men, women, monkeys or anything capable of holding a mouse. As long as you are no worse than me (as I am resident clan lamer, we use me a guidence when recruiting)

Err, What Sob have done is not totally unprecedented. The same situation has occurred in snooker. The facets of the game seem not to discriminate between the sexes, yet the sport seems completely dominated by men. To encourage more women to play snooker, the governing body (can't remember the name at the mo) has created a separate tournament just for us ladies.

However, the female version surprising is less popular?

K, SobQt hope this was good enuff. Its true that it was unfair that on this thread you were the only girl. Hope this helps to restore the balance.

hey I can call people lacking in skills I think, anyway MOD don't really want any more HPB's, we have enough, we want some LPB's at which point mixing in with our HPB's would be unstoppable, damn you for hogging the LPB's and damn me for hating all LPB's!!

Err, Psycho: WDB don't hog all the LPB's. We're a new clan with three LPB Founders. We since have recruited 1 LPB and 2 HPW.
I understand that you would like to recruit quality players, but that shouldn't mean you brand other players as lacking in skill. Perhaps some encouragement wouldn't go a miss?

U2 : as a clan we are nearly 1 year old and are quite happy with the quantity of players we hae, we do need though some more experienced players. Quite frankly as well after 1 year you get a bit bored of training people. See my point? In a year you will. Also we're all becoming far to lazy to even play the game as well!!! Not trying to be nasty or malicious or anything but we're just all too lazy!!

Well the SOB's are well over a year old and we still will take all into our clan. This I think highlights the difference between men and women players. Women seem to play more for fun (although we train regularly) and we play matches for fun, whereas the male clans are more competitive and play to win only, is this why you only want skilled experienced people in your clan? We also take regardless of wether they are HPB or LPB,

Ahh no, we're definately a friendly clan and we rarely play to win (unless some twat clan pisses us off). However as I said we still play only better players in gamse and I doubt it would be fair to accept any one with minimal skills as they would never get a game

I've attempted to form all female clans before and there are just not enough players. Many female players don’t feel confident enough to play competitively against their male counterparts. Well some of us do
