Wizard +damage +speed

Anyone know of some drops that have :-

+Casting Damage
+Casting Speed
+Aucity Cap
+Dex Cap

Im looking to quickly improve the stats on my Ice wizards thats used soely for PvE, rather not have the pain of obtaining and leveling artifacts that have loads of resists and other cute things.

Any quests ?
Any ML drops ?

Should be pretty easy to cast + cast speed with drops (ML9 has alot of caster drops with +cast speed, look for Nimbus Strand, Ring of Torrent, Cloak of Heavenly Bodies and Staff of Heavenly Bodies)

Unrestricted + damage seesm to be artifact only but depending on what you are killing in pve you may well be able to get this on drops.

+ caps can be got on both drops and rog. Recently found a caster staff with +13 dex cap.

Spell damage... all the items I could find were vs. xxx so not really much use, as I'm assuming you want +damage against all mobs.

there is no way in hell that will have +6% cast speed now, there is only a couple of items with 5% speed left one being cloudsong and the other is anotehr arti iirc

i am 100% sure that 6% is prenerf, so expect 3% at most now. you can also do the 'Seed Pouch' quest tho, for a helm with casting speed

talking of pre nerf cast speed, does anyone know the castspeed from the cleric bracer from the wandering ones quest? its listed as 6%.

Anyway i would sugest getting belt on moon even though you don't want any artifact the staff it summons has +4% cast speed

on my cleric i use cloudsong, botm hammer and seed pouch helm for a sum total of 11% cast speed

the botm staff also has 5% resist pierce which makes it even more lubberly, though ofc you could use traldors which has 5% speed and 5% resist pierce. traldors is easy to get and even easier to exp, in ac mine went from 0 to 10 between lvls 41 to 44 on mah thuergy
