Guys,

Any recommendations for a decent WinTV Card?

Been looking at Nebula cards, but they are too damn expensive.

£50 is around the price I was looking at and would like

Remote Control
Receive Terrestial channels (through aerial connection)

It's about £15 above your price limit but I have a Compro VideoMate DVB-T300 which does analogue terrestrial and digital freeview through an aerial. It also comes with a nifty remote and is, allegedly, HDTV compatible.

The picture/sound quality is pretty nice even through a cheapo aerial and I've had no problems recording/pausing live TV or doing anything I've wanted to do with it. Usually the software that comes with these things is pretty ropey but I've found it reasonably easy to use, if a little idiosyncratic.

I don't watch anything on television bar the news however so depending on your viewing habits it might not be what you're after.
