Morning all, apologies i have not been online at all over the last few days so missed the start.

I see i missed alot of talk but not alot of action. No idea who is looking furry at the moment so my preference would be for a no lynch and see what the night brings us.

where've we heard that one before ? :p

Seriously lol.

You could see i had not even been online. Had forgotten all about the game i signed up for some time ago.

Now lets track down who or whatever is responsible for our beloved will's untimely demise.

we have no idea what or how many of what we are dealing with, or indeed anything capabilities.

so , no way of knowing who is working with/against anyone

a no lynch is safe, but if someone gets violated with tinsel or something overnight im emigrating :)

Just, well, silence + this kind of "reason" is a bit flimsy for voting.

Well obviously we're elfs, who else would make santa's presents.

we should start looking out for people who either

a) don't look metrosexual
b) don't have pointy ears
c) aren't fat, wearing a red suit and saying ho ho ho alot.

M

Why is it obvious?

Also I notice you have a differing job description to the other elfs. This makes me itchy.

vote mongoose

I am concerened that he jumped on the first role available. He did not read the description the others had given carefully, and I feel he is telling a white lie or bending the truth.

Isn't a 'white lie' a lie which isn't made in mailicious intent?

Yeah I have no proof to say he is being malicious, but I do not believe he is telling the truth either.

Now it could be to protect himself for good reasons, or it could be to the detriment of the town. But it is the best clue I have so far, and it's what my gut and brain are saying to go with.

I'm just not sure at all at this point. We really have nothing solid to go on and as it stands at present we don't know who or what we're facing at the moment. We;ve got Rubric's/Jup/Toht tit for tat voting in which there's no real evidence apart from Rubric wanting to get rid of drunken Jup.

At present, I think i'm going to have to go with a vote: No Lynch

I'm more keeping my vote 'cause Rubric is acting like a...well...naughty person :(

A simple case of manners would help.

There's alot of very jumpy people in the town. We've seen Will murdered and we're rushing to vote everyone for little or no reason.

Why is Jup's drunkeness a reason for voting him?

Why is Rubric's quietness a reason for voting him?

I simply concurred that we were elves - an affirmation given by the fact that we live in lapland and that poor will, our beloved leader has been murdered?

Who killed him? That's what we need to find out. I won't countervote ch3tan although he is wrong. I believe that we should not act hastily - I've been in other towns where the innocent rushed to decisions and it ALWAYS ENDED BADLY.

vote - Nolynch

Nobody cares about your past life regression therapy, this is a new village for new people, we'll have no taking into account the actions of peoples ancestors or past lives here!

I'm still curious on those damn elves hopping all over the place!

There's no elves in lapland!

Well actually it is believed that Father Christmas is based in Lapland and as he has an army of elves at his disposal it should be apparent there would be elves in Lapland.

Father Christmas indeed lives in Korvatunturi, but elves are not native as such. Unless people are claiming to be magical beings

You alluded to the fact you were an elf, you made it look like you were one without stating you were. You made it look like you were innocent without taking a stand one way or another. Shifty behaviour. You also muddled the role of the elf, using the description I was arguing for to try and catch others out. Now this could be because you are poor at paying attention, or because you were trying to stay on my good side...

Could be a great many things. I notice you've not nailed your colours to any tree either :)

too much fingerpointing and not enough disco dancing imo.

Yes I could, but unlike you I did not allude to being something.

No you didn't. I could ask the "well what are you then?" question but that's of little relevence considering you're hardly likely to state that you're a stone cold killer.

For what it's worth I think you're a suspicious innocent. Wther that be an elf, or something more sinister is not really for me to say or guess at. What I do know is that the real murderer is probably not stirring things up in public. He's probably sat quietly, avoiding talking and avoiding the spotlight. We need to hear a little more from our fellows in town imo. I'm not changing my vote but I am looking with suspicion at our more reticent brethren

Hmm, rubric is acting dodgy, jumpy, vote fliting, ch3t has ceased acting dodgy, more of an inquisitive inquisitor atm and mongoose is in his sites...

I need more evidence at the moment and I don't believe no lynch will help us...

Since this is dragging for gods know how long, unvote: Rubric since he's just tittatting with nothing much to show and vote: nolynch as i suggested at the start.

Haven't gotten any ideas to be honest.
