Ch3tan brought up that someone killed santa, i don't think there's any mention of santa anywhere. Though, mostly speculation of santa being the head honcho. Much like Rubric, total 180 after the night. Quiet down and stay down.

Rubric on day one was thinking we got a "furry" problem, no idea what that means. Female dwarves? Nothing new in his "silent night" tactic. He did vote on jupitus for "playing the same role", while being the same himself. Contradiction there. 180 here too, sudden burst of joy and fingerpointing.

Uara, nothing there, both sides of fence. Suspicious? Maybe.

Jupitus, well, drunken bum like always. Hating Rubric, whoopie, that's a suprise. Voting sporadic. akin to mabs and tab.

Mongoose, aggressive to a fault. Especially after he was first "people unite and nolynch", but when poked, grizzled like a bear. Role clear, what role? Not sure.

Mystic, brought up snowmen from the blue, carrot logical i think, unless we got some vegans out there *shivers*. Basic tictac voting, bit weird him and Ch3t reached a conclusion of evil santa after ch3t and mystic reached a conclusion of major being santa on day one. Might misunderstand.

Mabs, no idea, have to check more. Basic posting, clueless. Just like tab was.

RandomBastard has been quiet and hopping on lovetrains all the live long day. Nothing terra firma, but suspicious, yes.

Yeah I was going to say I'd mentioned the snowman after the first killings. Seems like you've done a good summation of everyone there Toht I think if we ignore Rubric and Mongoose as there is definitely something there but I'm not quite sure what. The next on the suspicious list is most definitely Random. He put down a relatively quick vote for Goose after Rubric had voted for him and didn't really give a huge amount of reasoning behind it. I definitely watching him with a close eye!

Others could only be blamed for speculation, role guessing, tictac voting or just lpain old formats.

Dear All

I over-reacted to meg's criticism of my question. I saw his rather blunt response to my question followed by his rather negative response to a follow on comment and simply voted him out of anger. This continued when he referred to me as being the village idiot and culminated in frustration with Tohts post at which point I retired to my room to sulk expecting my demise to be swift and further tip the odds towards the unknown factions in the village.

I have think it's interesting that both Rubric and Random voted for me so quickly and with such little justification other than me obviously over-reacting to a blunt post from meg and us clearly being in a bit of a tit for tat situation. Since then I've been surprised by the flip flopping of other inhabitants in the village and I won't try and look clever with multiple quotes or further speculation.

Rubric and Random could just be voting as normal and it could be a coincidence that they voted in such close proximity. I'd be leery of voting for either of them on the basis that they were so quick to jump on the bandwagon.

I don't think we have an evil santa on the loose, I do think we have someone trying to kill his helpers with their own products or Santa's own gear. I suspect that the reindeers are perhaps annoyed at having to tow the cart each year and may be in revolt. I think the pressure of this situation may have caused one of our brethren to lose his mind and he is possibly killing people willy nilly. Finally I think we may have some people trying to work for good in the village and I hope that they choose their targets well and with caution. We cannot afford mistakes here.

Whilst I'm sure we all want to avoid long days I really think we need further talks to discover more about who and what we're facing.

I would like to apologise to meg for calling him a ****. It was, perhaps, an over-reaction on my part.

He's made an effort this time. I've called him out as having a role and he has not denied it but chosen to ignore it. Not sure what to make of it. Ch3tan quietness could be the genuine hangover so i'm not sure on what to do now. Maybe Random's bandwagon someone else picked up is something, i'm not sure now.

Hmmm I have been going over day 1 again.

A few things worry me. I asked some very pointed questions to Uara and Jup about their roles. Random answered even though I had not asked him anything. He jumped straight on the elf bandwagon, and set the president that elves hand out presents.

Uara then jumped on with the same description. No one argued this. 'mongoose then came along with a different description, but did not fully nail his colours to the elf flag. I argued, no one else did. We know tab was a elf, I am concerned that he did not argue against any of these 3, or stand with them. Based on the fact he jumped on the first bandwagons (both days) and first role available my vote goes to Randombastard. Uara would be a close second, and if it came to me having to change between them to ensure a lynch then I would.

Meh, Its just most people are against meta gaming, which that kinda was, so I was offering an alternate theory that you, MYstIC G where making use of the fact you know Ch3t in another life to back him up in this one, which is exactly what a pair of evil characters could do. Hence I was merely suggesting that your statement could be proof of Ch3ts comments being entirely innocent, or that you were covering for him.

I am an elf. I know that I am an innocent, and have no special powers. This present malarky has gotten out of hand, so I'll fess up, I'm jealous of the toy making industry, I am only a simple elf, I have no such magical powers.

OCC: The present making comment was merely an attempt to expand my roles backstory, I am an elf. I have no powers.

Thus I figure the evil characters are elf killers, not killers who are elves, evil doers who KILL elves.

It was only an implication, I have no proof, nor has anyone else yet provided any for anyone else. So you are in fact just tit for tat voting at the moment.

The problem with Rubric is that in other locales I've heard about, relatives of his always seem to appear relatively suspicious even if they're perfectly innocent. I just think he might have a suspicious personality trait, I'm sure he's admitted to having a role in one of his posts! Jup I'm not sure about, his drunken ramblings are very off putting and he's been relatively quiet.

Mabs actually is going up in my suspicions as he has said very little allowing us to get on with our enquiries into Rubric/Random/Goose and stayed under the radar!
