Anyone know of a *very* user friendly CBT product for Windows XP?

My wife has decided she wants to be able to do more than click on 'Send and Receive' in Outlook Express, and has commanded me to find her the tools to accomplish this.

What I'm looking for is the type of software that simulates the XP operating system and shows the user how to do stuff like move files, copy, paste etc.... I'm sure you get the picture.

I'd appreciate recommendations from anyone who's used this type of product.

Ta :)

There used to be a program that I got with Lotus Smartsuite that would 'record' what you did on screen and bung it into some kind of .avi. I can't for the life of me remember what it's called though, or if it even still exists!

Might be worth searching for something along those lines though.
