Will cluster screw prydwen?

Not sure if anyone bothered making a thread or post about the difference between pryd/excal players, but I hope goa somehow took those into concideration, because otherwise pryd people will, in most cases, be fucked.
Money-wise, clustering might have the biggest impact, as items on excal often go for 2-3 times the amount of plats there as they do on prydwen (gov, scrolls etc). I'm sure the excal people won't mind getting items cheaper for the first days (hours?

) after which items will most likely sell for some average-ish price, or normal 'high' prices. Players from prydwen on the other hand, will have to get used to spending several times as much money on an item, rather than paying less, or as much. I wouldn't like that happening. Does anyone know how they did so on the us servers? Did they do anything to make sure people wouldn't get screwed by the differences in the servers economics?
RR-wise prydwen is significantly lower aswell. I'm not saying there aren't any high rr active players on prydwen, but there are a lot more high-ish players on excal than on prydwen. I, i.e., would be the #15 active merc on the cluster, instead of the #4 active merc on pryd, which most likely won't have too much of a positive impact for me ;x
Anyway, I just hope players from prydwen don't get the game ruined for them ;/

OR the excal people that afaik has a SHITLOAD of plats most players will buy up all cm stuff and put on their own cp to lame prices.

will be fine I reckon, more action overall just cant be bad, I dont really care about the prices on CMs etc though, never really bothered me.

I think its more of a Uk server doom then DAOC , I have semi relocated to US also

(Nearly got my first 50 there for /level, then all the choices of server :eek:

just higher your cm prices on pryd aswell until you see the excal prices and adjust after them, prices will probably drop since the market will get so much bigger

and for rvr think it will work out great, more players, more grouping possibilitys than it is at the moment!

if prydwen actually reactivates and doesnt go down the pan and we loose everything we have worked years at...

i reckon the cluster should be good for pryd / excal....
it will show excal peeps, greed isnt everything...
and will show pryd peeps the way to a great rvr way of life....

Couldn't really give a fuck either way. Item prices are meaningless btw, if prices are go higher u can sell ur own stuff for more too, it just works out the same.

Indeed, I stopped selling items about 2-3 months ago and simply stocked up most stuff in my vault.

If prices increase, the stuff/items I have become worth more aswell.

Tho I made sure for all my current alts I really play I made sure I got all required stuff (hard/expensive stuff) in my vault.
