Check in your game directory for a folder called phousing, if it's there then you already have foundations installed. If not then make sure you're selecting the root of your game directory (by default it will be C:/Mythic/Camelot, although if you have a US trial as well, I imagine you probably changed the path for your Euro install) when installing Foundations from the download.jimmyh said:

I believe the US trial comes with the Catacombs engine (and thus the Catacombs character creation system). The Euro version doesn't as we are limited in what we are allowed to give away by our licence.
