I've nasty scar in my back and always wanted to get tattoo to "extend" it (haven't found tattooer to do it yet ;d) - this would be even better but I'm fairly sure its illegal :S This must hurt like hell though

You just need to keep it sterile by rubbing lots of alcohol into the wounds. If you´re short of alcohol, lemon juice will work too.

the others aren't shocking atall... just looks like a normal tattoo... however i find the one where she's gettin it done a bit distubing... due to the fact that she's dringing orange juice at the time she's getting her skin removed(but safe for work content)...

I know of a few people who've had that done, it's the logical step on from basic scarification. Looks quite impressive when done.
Although that said, short of limb amputation i know people who've had most bodymodification done so it's all a bit passe now
