the difference being ukraine are actually a reasonable side, unlike say, macedonia :p

i have no idea what the spanish press say, but i imagine its the same in every country... (hell the danish press have been going on about how it could be denmarks year since the start, now its all like "omg we didnt get lucky like '92 and neither sweden or spain likely to break out into civil war... so how the hell do we qualify now?!?!

i guess only two countries left to cheer for, for me anyway, are england (As i live here) and scotland (because they could knock out either france or italy which would be hi-larious :p )

Haha, Ukraine got beat by Scotland, so they cant be that good!

Macedonia are an evil team to play at home, not many countries can walk out of that country with more than a point. Its the same with all the Eastern Bloc countries, evil to play at home

lampard was good in his first WC, and hes not really acheived since, which is sad because he can be very very dangerous going forward, just hasnt been scoring the long range shots at all for england recently

biggest bottlers are holland, look at their squad and say it isnt worthy of something? have they got past the quarters in the last 10tournies?(EC or WC?)

rooney is world class, defenders genuinely hate him because, hes one of them strikers that can be a true match winner from so many diff angles, close up far off, can score from tight angles, can drive through 3-4 defenders

not got the "skill" of a ronaldinho or a messi- but hes very effective and unpredictable nonetheless

but the hype around him is a bit of a joke, the last WC was a prime example

spain never have enough balls to get anywhere since the likes of Nadal are no longer around, theyve lacked a true leader for ages, whereas england has too many leaders (gerrard terry beckham(lol) lampard ferdinand etc)

and yea SWP + micah down that right side is win, any team that doesnt play with a left sided mid and a left back is gonna get doubled up and raped on that side, and theyre both hungry / got something to prove which is never a bad thing
