People have been banned for "discussing" things such as racism. As Brinx put it, this is a gaming forum, I (we) shouldn't have to come on every day to read people "discussing" about paedophilia. And the fact that they were joking about something that is very serious sickens me. If someone who had experienced something to do with paedophilia, and saw that thread, do you think they would have seen the funny side?

I don't "dislike" Tilda. I apologised after last night because admittedly it could have been handled better. Seeaira's posts were S P A M. Which should have been deleted straight away. But they were left there. The first reason Tilda gave was because there was a discussion going on. Where was the discussion? I don't want to piss people off. I only wanted to show people why I think Tilda isn't the best person to moderate. This is my opinion and of course not everyone will agree.

As i said.. yes i feel discussing it is possible BUT without harming or hurting anyone. And yes, you could wonder if this is the place to do so.

But do u really think all your "Look at meee meee meee i am spamming and posting crap to piss u mods off" posts are really gonna make a difference? U really think u will be taken serious? Imho all u do is piss them (and others) more off without any result.

Discussing it without harming or hurting anyone is impossible. To some people the very mention of the word paedophile is hurtful. People should respect this and not post stuff like that on a gaming forum. And the fact that a mod participated in it, isn't right. The mods can delete the spam if they want, and i'll make a "mature" thread, putting foward my points as to why I feel there are better people to moderate than Tilda. I'm not saying Tilda can't be a good moderator, just you rarely see it. Or i'll pm them, whatever.

You've got it all wrong, buddy. Coim is a nice guy, much nicer than you by looking at your posts in fact, and all he was trying to do is figure out why threads were being deleted which had the same kind of content as other threads which were not being deleted. This then boiled down to Tilda not moderating properly (in our opinions) and ended up in the argument of whether he should still be a moderator in the forums at all.

Think before you open that big mouth of yours.

I have expressed how i feel about some of Tilda his moderating in more then one thread. Cause like u, i feel he is very inconsistent a lot of the times which is bad for any mod imho. People should be able to tell upfront if what they are about to post will be removed or not and at the moment it just depends on the mod-mood.

But, unlike u, i hope to bring some valid points on why i feel this way without producing crap to piss them or other off only to show i disagree.

Anyway, sorry for calling u pathetic since (after a few posts) i have to conclude u can be reasonable when u want to. My first post was based on a couple of threads u made which made me want to call a doctor for u. Guess it was the heat of the moment huh?

The reason for which a piece of information is aquired has no bearing on it's validity with relation to a debate.
The age of the post is not really such that it should be ignored in an assesment of character or behaviour.

I think what blesameth meant was not that it was an old thread and so was irrelevant, but more that we have been spamming OT like nobodies business and yet we did not comment on the thread at the time. Its only now when you want to have as much arguement against Tilda as possible, that its brought up.

This doesnt make it right, but half of the stuff posted on this forum is wrong, just varying degrees of wrong and the fact that none of us reported or complained about the thread means we cant have found it too offensive.
