Dinner: Brown pasta with sauce, with chicken breast.

That is for everyday, and yes I will drop the sauce. It goes with this exercise plan: EVERY NIGHT:
35 minute run
20 minutes skipping
100 sit ups
50 pushups
If your going to eat what he is then I figures your going to try to lose weight very quickly, the sauce is just adding unnecessary stuff to it.

I'm personally not one who beleives in dieting as such...just eat a variety of healthy foods and exercise a bucket load; eating all the same types of foods just isnt natural and very unhealthy.
