What you think of this diet?

Morning: Oatabix Cereal with raisins

Morning snack: Apple

Lunch: 2 chicken breats with lettuce.

Mid day snack: Orange

Dinner: Brown pasta with sauce, with chicken breast.

Workout ect

Late night snack: Bananna

I couldn't survive the day with that, but to each their own.

Can't say from a dietory point of view, except that for a full grown man, seems a bit "low". Seems.

What are you going to have for the other 6 days of the week ?

You are allowed to snack on as much fruit n veg as you like throughout the day.

Try to get different meat into your diet, chicken gets mighty boring very quickly.

Lose the sauce from the pasta.

A porition of meat should be about the size of your palm.

Very small amount of food to be eating...

I'm personally not one who beleives in dieting as such...just eat a variety of healthy foods and exercise a bucket load; eating all the same types of foods just isnt natural and very unhealthy.

Then again, I'm not a doctor. I have got some bubs of rep though so do I get my FHOTDoC qualifications yet?

If your going to eat what he is then I figures your going to try to lose weight very quickly, the sauce is just adding unnecessary stuff to it.

That is for everyday, and yes I will drop the sauce. It goes with this exercise plan: EVERY NIGHT:

35 minute run
20 minutes skipping
100 sit ups
50 pushups

Only thing that's missing is the blended "power shake", you know the one with raw eggs, milk, banana and an apple.

unless hes adding a jar i cant see the problem.

not sure how you plan to 50 mins intense cardio every night on a meal of chicken and lettuce though!

I'm totally with you on that one. I can't understand all that diet stuff. Wouldn't it be easier to just eat healthy food and live a healthy life instead of trying to eat all kinds of wierd stuff once a year to loose weight?

Personally I eat rather healthy stuff but ok, I also don't gain weight by eating pizza for a week, I got the bloodline to do it :p

EDIT: My exercise plan is:
- computer playing
- movie watching
- translating
- pushing heavy things around for ALDI

Works fine for me :p

Ye sorry what I meant by sauce was stuff from a jar, stuff made from scratch should be fine.

Powders are the biggest load of bollocks ever ><

Care to elaborate? I use a fair few myself and they are far from that.

P.s Elkie - good brand but an expensive way to do it depending on what you use them for :p

Make sure though that you drink water... I suggest you try detoxing if want to lose weight quickly. Give me a pm and ill make you a full work out regime with diet tips.
