Reminds me of daoc and all the fuss about templates. How much difference does it make at the end of the day? Not much. Peeps will grasp at any straw to give them an advantage, mebbe it does nothing mebbe it's does something but so small it doesn't matter. Was looking at buying a bike recently. So much fuss and cost over buying titanium components, cutting spokes on wheels, size of pedals etc. All for cutting a few hundred grams on the bike so it goes faster. Any normal human being can loose that weight in 3-4 days easy. What a waste of money unless ur in really the highest lvl of competion.

Can't you all just eat healthy stuff without nothing down how much exactly you just eat? Or what about getting your own laboratory to analyse everything to eat cause hell, there might be a small variance. OMG, 102 instead of 100cal xD
well yes i eat healthy, apart from the odd vodka or 12 each week.
every day i eat eggs, tuna, beef, oats and various forms of nuts. obviously more too.
thats everyday. each day i eat more variance in food than some people eat in a week.
but if it comes down to eating 10 eggs, or 4 eggs and some powder, i take 4 eggs and powder.
why?
because frankly i dont wanna eat 10 eggs everyday, powder is conveniant and healthy in the context of my diet.

I'll write an essay for you if you want but no need. Been using the diet since 2004 and has never let me down, although the lads down the station think im a weirdo.

It's not a problem for me what you eat, I just think that you can maintain and support muscles without that, that's all =)

I've been on the "Eat shit and die" diet for 4 months now. Tohtoti told me about it but it's just not working :-(
