I'd end up doing the same thing I think I'd do if I won a reasonable amount on the lottery, just on a larger scale. I'd basically, not spend anything above what the interest would give me and invest on creating a racing team and perhaps, should this happen within the next 10 years, race myself for fun.

As a lottery idea I was intent on perhaps entering a circa £20,000 car championship and work onb it during the weekends, training friends up and having them manage the garage and/or driving the car. What a fantastic way to spend each weekend.

With that amount? I'd be buying myself a formula one team and employing a whole group of people. What an awesome time that could be had; lets face it, even if it went tits up and lost all my money even on ferrari/mclarens budget of $500million a year with no income, I could have 27 years of awesome fun then retire with a billion still in the bank to live out my days.
