Disease has 15% str debuff (yes percentage) and a slight snare. Great for potential runners combined with the Str/Con debuff on OFFHAND/backup mainhand. Do the maths why disease on mainhand :p

Of base or actual? (seen quite a few of mythics wonderful calculations working off base stats)

mainhand - debuff
offhand - dot
backupmain - dot
2nd backupmain - debuff

I put snare on offhand if I see someone that I wanna snare...

Supposed to be actual, the few rare times I've used that combo it's worked quite well. Would've to run tests to be 100% sure.

Nope, that is incorrect. You dont hit for more dmg when target is con debuffed on other realm enemies, that is only on mobs.

Enervating on mainhand, DoT on offhand and backup. Disease on offhand whenever healers are around or for the occasional Bonedancer :)

You only get extra damage from con debuffs on mobs (because their hp are unaffected). Players take hp loss instead.

snare poison can't be broken by melee.


I use enervating on main weap just because I know that I'm gonna hit with that hand guaranteed, and that's the more important one.

I use snare on the offhand so if it hits, lucky me, if it doesn't, nothing lost.


Edit: and I use disease if I'm fighting a bonedancer and/or fighting 2 people and both can heal (IE: 2 bards, bard/druid, etc)
