Disease has 15% str debuff (yes percentage) and a slight snare. Great for potential runners combined with the Str/Con debuff on OFFHAND/backup mainhand. Do the maths why disease on mainhand

Nope, that is incorrect. You dont hit for more dmg when target is con debuffed on other realm enemies, that is only on mobs.Originally posted by stinkie

you hit with off hand for 110 damage (more damage as con effects damage taken aswell as max HP)
