There's certain speclines that are comletely gimped (from a Hib perspective the mentalism line and the nature line (for Wardens) spring to mind), but I don't think any char is completely without chance. Some might not be able to function solo very well, but then again it is a team game, and a buffed BM with 6PBT would be a bit of bitch to take down in melee.
