Hi Luon well atleast 1/3 or 1/4 or as "little" as 1/5th of those remaining are bbs... then count in the stealthers running around these days. rest you will find plvling alts or actually lvling up or doing mls and artifacts..
Euro has all the guide to ML/artifact so easy to do, no worry about losing relics we don't have, and NF is just around the corner so people are probably trying to get there characters finished off in time.
Used to be alot more fun at 15:00pm, not much people were about and used to have some nice RvR fights against people that didnt do 700-900 damage against you when you had capped resists.
At around 8pm its near to impossible to RvR if you haven't got a decent group or run with a zerg.
Best time to RvR I would say is between 12pm - 3am as thats the only time you can actually get 1fg fights without major add or even 1vs1 fights with no stealther adds.
I might not be the most experienced RvR player and most of the times dont play in FotM groups but I do know RvR is completely dead now thanks to the amount of mids being in Emain (no use RvR'ing somewhere else as theres nobody ever in HW and only a few people in Odins).
Hope NF changes this as I like to run solo outside primetime RvR (call it crazy I don't care I love to help people).
