I have played my little shaman (ThePatrician) on pvp for a while now (to 25).
There are so many positives in this game, I think they have all been mentioned before. So without being read as negative, I suggest the following "Problem Areas".
PVP
No reward
No Penalty for death
Ability to rez at the point of death within 1 minute with no loss of anything but pride.
The ability to corpse run to a enemy start point (at level 2 you could just run to the enemy spawn , dying and corpse running all the way there).
GROUPS:
Firstly, there seems little point in groups unless you are in an instance, I am unsure whether this is such a good thing.
Im just not sure about these "instances" for two reasons:
1. In my opinion it makes it harder to meet people (e.g Die in a dungeon, friendly rezz from a healer in another group is just not going to happen)
2. Some of them are awfully long (3hrs +) which require a big commitment from all group members, lose a healer or key player and you cant just pick someone up while you are in there, you need to leave to broadcast in LFG chat that you are looking (as chat only hits people who are already in instances of their own).
QUESTS:
maybe a reduction in quantity for a few more "complex" quests like the epics in DAOC for example (with the exception of the long Call Of Water, most quests are really short).
Overall though, this a long way better than anything else the MMORPG market has been able to produce to date - a LOT better.
