What Class will you chouse for the PvP server?

Either Enchanter with a mentalist, cabalist, runemaster or eldritch. We're sure we want one enchanter but not sure as to what the other caster would be.

Will you be limited to 4 char again or will it be like in Gorre, that you can select which realm you wanna play everytime and you will get 4 char slot for every realm ?

You get 4 chars

And you can't change realm since you can pick from all classes from all realms

Pet based classes are very predominant on PVP servers. I played a light based enchanter on Mordred but got a little tired of being perpetually skint. Healing classes are great if you intend to hunt as a group with friends.

Not sure yet.. Healers are fun, but the lack of offensive skills

A well specced Healer is no push over in PvP. With the loving given to Augmentation in 1.51, a Healer specced 23 Mend (for both insta heals), 29 Pacification (insta mezz and stun) and the rest in Augmentation will kick ass imho.

So with 23 mend, 39 aug and 29 Pac the Healer has a self dmg add buff 9.0dps, a 6.0dps self only dmg shield, celerity (which totally rocks according to US boards), a 55 str/con buff, 154% running speed and loads of other str, dex and con goodness. Aug specced healers can solo orange mobs in PvE according to the US boards.

With the 2 insta heals and the insta mezz stun, Healers have potentially massive amounts of HP. I read that if you face off against an opponent with a slow weapon, a Healer can att speed debuff (now an insta ) and heal in between swings lol.

Also healers won't get griefed as much as other classes, purely because of the trump card that is res.

So if I play PvP, I'll definately play a Healer and probably a Cabalist too, since pets rock PvP (plus it will be so good to AE DoT those beggars at Atla).

Yes its certain. As for when, I dont have a date for you but around version 1.51.

You will be limited to 4 characters in each realm, so 12 characters on the pvp server. You can only create characters that follow the normal creation rules, so no Lurikeen Theurgists (an imp creating more imps would be scary indeed...).

Quick question. With the new armour types (Norse Chain and Norse Leather) etc, can other classes wear them ?

On the dreds before 1.52, scale was classed as chain etc, so Middy chars could wear scale and Alb chain etc..

For example, will all leather wearers be able to wear Norse Leather ? All chain wearers Norse chain ?

Kind of want to know, because the dmg vs armour table in 1.52 will be interesting if you can

Yep... well you could wear all the armour and wield all the weapons before...

so I imagine the armour that was norse and chainmail will now be norse chain for resists...
