Not a new tune, but new imagery for it. Been stuck in my head for a few days now.

Stfu mank, you've missed my point. For the record, i still think i'm right, but i was stupid to mention it as it's fairly obvious that the thread serves no purpose whatsoever. Finding out other people's musical tastes can be interesting, but when people feel the need to inform the forum at large every time they press play on their cdplayer, any good intentions are lost.mank said:bodhi's a poser, I know for a fact he listens to Faith no More so he CAN'T POSSIBLY like D&B as well.
Have you got the point yet Shocko?
Incorrect. The Holy Bible is the best Manics album by far. It has two class tunes on it (Faster and IfWhiteAmericaToldTheTruthForOneMinuteIt'sWorldWouldFallApart), the rest have 0.Misleath said:When I started listening to MSP I started with 'This is my truth, tell me yours' (the album from if you tolerate this... comes from), it is very easy listening but far from the best of MSP. Then I listened to 'Everything must go', which I think is an even better album with very strong tracks like A design for life, Everything must go and Australia.
Then I got 'Generation Terrorists' and I was in love, with tracks like Motorcycle emptiness and Little baby nothing (with Traci Lords on backing vocals) there couldn't be a much better album. 'The holy bible' is also a very good MSP album, but it can be kinda hard to get into.
As for 'Gold against the soul' and 'Know your enemy' I never really gotten into them.
Hope this gives you some hints about MSP![]()

Did it not occur to you that i might wish to read the thread incase someone was to start flaming me?mank said:Practice what you preach, you vacuous prick. If you're quite finished, you can stop reading this thread now.
I never said that i thought either you or mobius didn't actually like the bands you were posting about, although i can see how this could be easily infered as my opinion from reading my posts. This is not what i think though.
My gripe, and the reference to being a metal poser, is to do with the thread itself. Whilst there may be a few people on the forum who apreciate underground metal, they're obviously in the minority, and the rest of the forum are increadibly unlikely to have their opinions changed by you posting albums/songs/bands in a "What i'm listening to" thread. As in reality there are probably about 3 of you who interested in the metal posts in this thread, my conclusion is that you're trying to be cliquey, and to isolate the rest of the forum goers by posting things about bands that they could never of heard of. If you really wanted to encourage other people to try listening to the more underground stuff, then there are better ways of doing this. Posting obscure(and less obscure *cough* Slipknot *cough*) bands in this thread just invites people to continue ignoring the music, that they will have likely as not never have heard before.

Vacuous prick? When did you stop being a depressed Smiths fan, and turn into such a nasty piece of work![]()
This is obviously not going to go away. I will paste in some of what i said to Harebear via PM. If you still want to direct this towards a flamewar, then i'll just leave the thread alone. Any 3rd parties reading can make their own minds up as to who's being more of a knobhead.
Fine, i can live with this.mank said:You're entitled to your opinion, however wrong, and we're entitled not to care and to want you to go away and leave us in peace. If you stop posting here, I can't flame you therefore you have no reason to keep reading this thread. What am I concerned about is that you kicking up this pointless fuss will lead to somebody closing this thread, which is something I don't particularly want to happen.

Posting in the first place was obviously a mistake - Had i payed more attention to the thread before making a post without much thought, i would have come to the conclusion that the people reading this thread wouldn't have cared about my point.
Mistake #2 was calling Harebear and Mobius knobs, which was entirely without reason as i don't know them. Rereading that now it is clear that it was wrong to say that. I'm big enough to admit mistakes - Sorry guys, that was unnecessary.
I find your last comment about not wanting the thread closing strage when combined with your previous post, and your reference to this thread/argument in the feedback forum. Whatever, I should have left you alone a couple of posts ago, but was too easily baited. I will now leave you in peace and let the thread return to the way it was before i posted.
yup its a alright album i like the bass on it and some of the songs quite funny :>harebear said:Stubby you got Electric 6s gay album? I was listening to Dance Commander earlier :x Alriiiiight!
