Fuck off. The Stone Roses were awesome back in the day. Off course I was off my tits every time I saw them, which may have helped, but that first album was one of the albums of the last 30 years. That was the soundtrack to my Uni years in Manchester at exactly the right time (88-91).

Why people think Heaton Park will be good though, God only knows. Its 20 years later and they haven't aged well...

For all those Moto GP fans in mourning I'm listening Alistair Griffin, Just Drive. If it's not been mentioned before it was played on the BBC at the end of one of the F1 GPs last year, Qatar I think. Works for the bikes just as well. Followed swiftly by Sarah McLachlan and Angels.
