You might have noticed before that while I 'Voted' for Ch3tan ... I didn't actually specify what I was voting for. We need a new mayor ... and you'd have to be mad to take this job:

Not sure if the fact no one else has went missing is a good thing or not!

Well the way I see it is this:

I pointed the finger at Itcheh because he seemed to be pointlessly derailing us yesterday.

Toht then tells everyone I'm evil with no proof and ignores my questions.

If I had died during the night it would have been obvious one of the them was up to some shenanigans, so they do nothing so as not to arouse suspicion.

I'd be more inclined to think if we do have bad guys amongst us, that they were stopped from harming someone as opposed to choosing not to do anything.

well first of all I just want to say...not a big fan of watersports. Thankfully i have more than 1 pair of trousers.

Moving on to the more important issues of what is going on in this here town. I'm quite intrigued how Toht knows that Syd is guilty/evil/whatever. Syd hadn't really done much and then whammo Toht comes out swinging with him being evil.

With regard no-one went missing-
a)bad guys could be trying to put us off the scent by not killing anyone by choice
b)bad guy could have been blocked thus leading to the no death
c)good guy could have been protected
d)something else entirely as i got a feeling in me waters that this here is no normal town.

Vote toht he needs to explain his outburst on syd, how he knew he was guilty and how he knew syd has a partner.

Well the night came a bit abruptly, so couldn't really tell you anything as you already were fast asleep. And i've been working the fields for 16 days soon straight, so i did sleep in. Long read, please read with thought and do ask for more info if needed.

It's really quite "simple" what i did as A: we need to know what we're up against and B: who might be against -us-. Just look at it from a peasant perspective, aka, innocent.

As a peasant i can say what i said about Sydrik for a few reasons.
1: it only puts ME at risk, no one else. It would also be, because of that reason, really stupid for an evildoer. Limelight and all, will get to that soon.
2: It most likely keeps the evil out of my hair during the night(which it did) and i can then explain it.
3: Most importantly, the reactions. Which did not disappoint really. As you can see, there are a few who jumped right on it, asking and querying on my action, but there are also those who stayed right out of it.

Now, if someone came out with a claim like that,like i did, clearly having no way to know, what would happen?

Innocents would go "Mmmmwah?! How do you know thaT? Rabble rabble!", the ones who wish to stay out of the limelight however would ignore it as i'd be quick to be hanged.

Nate, ch3tan, sydrik, uara. All vocal about it.
Calaen, not so much.
Rest dead quiet.

Unless i hit the nail RIGHT on the head and Sydrik is indeed evil, but that's 1 out of 9 chance and highly implausible.

On the night, i can say this, outside the usual lucky block etc;

No kill is not an option, it serves zero purpose for the elimination of the town.
Bad guys wouldn't come after me as i claimed sydrik is evil, i'm an easy hang by that "stupid" claim.
Sydrik wouldn't have been protected(if possible) as the evil folk wouldn't go after him to make me look guilty, i made that easy for them anyway.

So i'm thinking they went after someone else and that someone got protected. Or we have a infection based monster, which is a bitch to handle really because they might not kill at all.

Interesting approach there Toht. However I'm not sure whether you should include Sydrik in the rabble rousing/questioning list you've made as I would think that syd would question it automatically be he good or evil? (that is only a minor point though and not going against your theory)

An evil person could also just as well be inclined to react if he wished to try and intrap Toht .
Too much if's and maybies for my liking in that line of thought.

Also I'd agree with Uara concirning Sydrik
Also the day was very short.

I do believe it's too early to jump to any set in stone conclusions
about the lack of a dead'ed person. but I hope it's reason for optimism.

This is what we know: Mabs is missing.

That is all.

Nothing happened last night, so if someone was blocking / protecting last night ... well played.

However, what if this is some fucked up social experiment to see if a load of villagers with nothing but a missing mayor suddenly start lynching each other in blind panic?

So here are the options:

• Do nothing (we don't actually know there's a threat until someone is harmed)
• Lynch a random to see what happens
