I wonder if Jaba has a point about scary films, horrors etc.

It might be worth trying to somehow "purge" your mind by not watching horror or sci-fi or fighting and stuff (assuming thats what you watch) or even fantasy movies. Try not to watch telly for a couple of hours before you go to bed, dont play games that involve killing and creatures etc, maybe read some form of gentle book, erm, like comedy or romance or something (I know its a bit shit, but you never know).

It strikes me that your brain is working over-time even as you drift off to sleep and perhaps its still going crazy and creating these illutions or hallucinations while you sleep, then not realising when you wake........or something :\

Im no doctor, but if they continue much more, I would seriously consider seeing a psychiatrist, not your GP.

i dont watch scary, fantasy or sci fi films. i dont watch tv before bed as i come straight from work, browse the forums and goto sleep. i already know i have narcolepsy willier, i dont need a psychiatrist :)

the last film i watched was constantine and that was a week ago. the only tv i watch is all the morning crap before i goto work at 2.00pm.

btw, its not when i drift off to sleep its when i wake up. also called hypnopompic hallucinations. there is other types of hallucinations when falling asleep but i dont know much about that.

hokay, that teaches me then :(

The only reason I wondered about films and such was because you mentioned in your blog about watching twin towers while drifting off and that the black creature was like a demon from Constantine, I guess I just jumped to a conclusion is all.
