Urgent Help Needed Ms Exchange 5.5

Stuck at work, someone deleted a folder on a clients exchange server. We know it's still there cos of the soft delete (tombstone) feature, but can't get it back. Someone.. ANYONE please help!

p.s. it's not the same as the file restore from outlook.

Buh? What are you talking about?

How did they delete it? Through the mail client? (In which case Deleted Item Retention is your savior) or is this a system folder deleted through Windows Explorer or some such?
