If he hasn't paid a penny of tax, no one will give a shit, Americans do their own taxes, if you can get it to fuck all, you are doing great.
Wow you sound more and more like a Trump fan boy. You sound like one of the ones saying "who gives a shit" when literally millions of people have signed petitions declaring that they indeed do give a shit and would just love to see the tax returns. Spicer can stand there all day long saying "the American people don't care" but they absolutey and demonstrably do.

It was *probably* a deliberate leak and 2005 was *probably* the only year that was as-close-to-acceptable-as-we're-going-to-get to leak. As in, all the other years *probably* look atrocious in comparison.
*allegedly*

Just add it to the long list of scandals that were bound to end his presidency.

The latest federal judge statement, really has, by anyones standards wandered into a political agenda and is damaging the judiciary.

Well, probably without actually meaning to, he us giving them enough rope to hang themselves.
Ordinary voters are just watching more and more obscure arguments being used to weaken the authority of an elected president.

@Job - WHY NOT FUCKING LINK THINGS YOU MORON?

But whatever. Judges rule on law - and laws include curbs on the power of the state. That is basically what the purpose of the Constitution is. It gives judges the power to overrule government when government tries to do stuff that's illegal. Kapiche?

Yup, but with everything, there is a point when you technically have the law on your side, but you are just being an ass.

No. Rule of Law > President.

Just because you'd like to see the law broken because you agree with the policy doesn't mean it should be. And, putting aside the fact that law is wholly based around technical issues (that's why its the law, stupid) - in this case it's not a "technicality" that el presidente falls down on - it's clear and obvious violation of the constitution. And the judge points out how and why in his reasoning.

Orange Boy tried to implement a "muslim ban". That's unconstitutional so was struck down. He tried to "get around the law" - using technicalities. That's still unconstitutional and has been struck down.

Well done the law and the constitution for doing exactly what the founding fathers designed the constitution for - protecting the vulnerable from authoritarian arseholes in government who are trying to unfairly discriminate against people of a religion.

It us quite clear you could string together any set of dubiously related arguments to make a judgement that is totally at the judges call, this then becomes ping pong between the two parties, Trumps team can just sit there and watch these judges dig deeper into a lego box of legislation till they come up with something just wobbly enough to block him.
At some point it starts to look like someone is determined to obstruct, it has long gone past that.

Anyway, you need to keep reading the Wash Post, they have cottoned on to the sideshow and are concentrating on what he is actually doing outside of the fluff.

Someone told me today that there were already 58 million Muslims in the UK.

He then went on to say what a hard time the orange one was getting.

Well he will say "fuck'um" because they are largely too stupid to understand how hard they are going to get screwed.

Probably Obama's fault though.
