Unable to reach payment server

My account has been closed , more than likely because my Ccard number has changed and I didnt change it before the renewal.

I have been to reactivate my acc and can log in and set up to renew , but when it redirects to payment server I get "page not found".

Is this just me? How can I find out?

Obviously I cant renew and I keep getting "Invoice in process" all the time so cant keep trying

Did you have macromedia flash 7 player installed? And enabled HTTPS? (Last one I'm not sure about if that is needed anymore.)

PS. Try on workdays, best chance it will work then..

The 'invoice in process' message usually means you got part-way through the subs process. Have you checked your emails for an auto-response and redirection to the payment site?
