What evidence do you have to back this up?

In my experience (and I have travelled a hell of a lot) is that the english, are by far the most pleasant in a foreign country. Of course there are arseholes, but every country have them.

It was derailed after only 3 posts, which I found quite an achievement.

His first post was nothing to do with the topic at all. Bashing is a side effect.

for some reason, him and sparx started banging on out foreigners in their own country, and how people cant speak the native language, and some other bull shit that had nothing to do with the topic.

I believe only gohan and someone else have actually commented on something to do with the topic, everythign else posted is another topic which should surely have its own thread.

I found the complaints to be ridicilous becase if it's not forbidden, making fun of religion is normal western action.

As such, the examples that followed showed my point of "how one should not act outside their own culture".

So how about you remove the hatredfuzzed goggles and try to read text as text, not as some conspiracy to derail your precious thread.

You sir, are misguided, and terribly, terribly wrong in your saying. The english, pleasant... tsk tsk.

I'm employed in a multinational company overhere, and we get the odd brit - most of them behave due to business circumstances - but put them out on the street - all bets are off. I'd say 65% to 70% percent are absolute tits.

The only actually civil person I met, through and through, was a woman, and a gay Project Manager.

I'm not saying brits suck, i'm saying that travelling brits well... suck*

Out of all people the Belgians are by far the most civil and curteous. And maybe .nl guys.
