nope you cant have anything that buffs u or debuffs the opponent unless its a class ability so no reactive/charged af buffs etc from armour or weapons soz

the idea behind this is to prevent people from artificially enhancing themselves - the duels should focus on dmg done through skill etc, not gimmicks or tricks

dot procs are something you can counter thro resistances but there's nowt you can do about someone who turns up with a few af buffs - these reactives give duels an element of "random luck" which i want to eliminate

in that sense ablatives should go also however most people have these on their armour and dont have a spare set (ie their epic) to fall back on

btw if u burn an af buff or proc one whatever then you will immediately default that round.

how many of u peeps have reactive/proc af/haste/stat buff on your weapons/armour?

coz if a lot of u have its gonna b pretty hard to enforce this

I do, but I'll get a new weapon SC'd for this, since I can't use the one I have (debuff proc) and I'll make sure I don't get any put on my armor, untill this is over.

Well im going to have to pull out.... my only suit/weapons has AF procs..... DD procs on......

could just leave the rule at No charges & that's it as it would b really hard to enforce otherwise

I have to pull out. my armour has reactive procs all over it. this is a bit silly idea IMO

any tourno with LESS THAN FOUR ENTRANTS will be cancelled so check the pic and see which tourneys are in danger.......now some people are saying they dont mind going into the pro tourney to help make up numbers - this is the only way it will be done ie. am's can jump into pro's if everyone is happy but not the other way around - example : a single pro cannot gatecrash an already full am tourney

shiat erm plan to open with other tourneys first and then do am/pro tanks from late afternoon maybe even later in the evening...the pro one could even be delayed a bit till sunday 1pm DEPENDING on how the other tourney's go in the day
