Ok, some say it's the 30th at 1GMT the duel starts and some say saturday.
Here in Norway, 30th is a friday so what's it gonna be?

Can you post a full and final run down of the rules please so everyone is clear.

rules:

all R.A's can be used
NO charged items
all reactives allowed
all duels begin 2500units apart - ie at the flags.
you cannot exit the arena during a duel
no potions


if a charge goes off , or a potion is used the offender WILL AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULT that round.

in between rounds fighters will be able to rest to get end or mana back to full but that's all.
