your opinion.

What software did you use to create those tunes Cro? Any recommendations for someone looking to have a dabble in that direction?

I used Dance Ejay 2+ and 3. I've got eJay Studio, and a copy of the Reason demo. I can't afford full versions of anything, and besides, if you'd all read my column like you;re all supposed to, you'd know that I'm reviewing eJay 3, and I've already reviewed Music 2000.

Mind you, Reason looks rather sweet. Just need a decent sampler now (and the time to learn how to use Reason :) )

Is Reason any good? Need to know coz I need some new gear.

I use Acid, Rebirth and Cakewalk 9. I got an Emu ESI-32 sampler thats in fantastic nick (never been used) and I'm considering getting rid of it. Cost me £700 new.

Offers anyone?

Reason rocks. Hands down. Don't need half the middle of the range racks anymore cos this has it all.

Tech Steppin DnB tune.

New tune. Sorted the hoover type basses out so it sounds proper like now. And they're all up on BeSonic.com. No popups, no pr0n (soz Bodhi), and no money exchanges hands. More clicks for me makes me climb the charts. Highly recommend it to Cro if yer serious about getting feedback on yer little ditties.

http://www.besonic.com/charlieFM and its called Hijack. 5mb, 128k.

Nice 1 m8. I've heard good stuff about it, and it's supposed to be a breeze to use.

Looks like I'll be going shopping soon :)

Charlie - I'll upload to besonic later today - I have a bunch of tunes, and i'm working on some more so I'll take your advice :)

TUG: Reason is around £300 or so to buy - I can upload the demo for you to play with if you want it was on last month's computer music cover CD)

It's very good, but the demo is limited to no saves :( and only 20 mins use. Not very big either (around 10mb if memory serves me correctly)

BTW: Nice track charlie!

/me is jealous

Right - 23Mb for the Reason demo and the getting started and user manuals. The demo itself is a 12Mb download. If you want it, say so and I'll upload it to my website.
