My guild never has a 'perfect' RvR group out cos we don't have the numbers at lvl 50 and we still manage to always have a good time. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose.
We're not an uber guild, we're not a massive guild, we're a little guild of about 40 people (around 20 active more than the others) and we're about 48th in the list of Midgard guilds by rps. But, we have fun whenever we go RvRing and we take people of all levels out in our groups when we go.
I had my lvl 29 spiritmistress out in Hadrian's Wall the other night and she was actually 'quite' effective. The pet interupted people, I got some debuffs and DDs sticking (she's Dark spec btw) and generally had a bloody good night.
Now if my guild took the - perfect group only attitude - she wouldn't be allowed to go out RvRing for another 21 levels.
The ones thinking the only way to RvR is with some 'perfect' group are the ones thinking of how to farm the maximum number of rps in my view. Which doesn't always mean the best way to have fun
