yes well.... what started off as a simple knocking on a single keep's doors in jamt.. to get a little mid loving... turned into a full on keep raid... which just blossomed into a relic raid... originally planned to take power relic... but well... hibs beat us to it

needless to say.. currently someone's made it off with the str relic...

hope his SoS saves him ^_^

i would have thought albs owning 5 out of your 7 keeps would have made you come out to play... but as it was... none of you decided to defend... so we decided to RR you...

afaik no one from MY cg cared what hibs did... we sent out stealthers to look out at ther power and str relic keeps and we got reports of hibs in odins heading to the power relic keep so we hit the str one...

there was NO cross realming involved... well none was done by anyone was in my cg

Only Cross realmin i aware of is the stupid git that managed to let mids know that Steveh had the relic. Not like mids spotted it theirself else they'd killed a gimp speed armsman before he got away.

Mids look to yourself not others, your lack of defence of keeps lead to this, surprising compared to normal 100 to retake instantly.

We were going for power ourselfs, then get told 5fg hibs at hmg, 15minutes later hibs near power relic, quick change of target and much running in circles, rams were on the doors and eventually the relic out! Thou i didnt even see steveh exit the tower so was surprised that he did.

Had fun with the mids on cs road that must been hoping to recreate what we done to hibs (instead kept getting to play hide and seek with me) but they had no chance with the alb zerg moving together with relic.

Albs did well ;-) used SoS to its full power, not much we can do
and albion simply has the numbers to outzerg mids 2:1
the confusion among mids played a large roll as well

Hibs take albs power relic, albs get it back by SoSing, killing the relic carrier, and runnnig off, Albs take Mid str relics, use SoS to get thru amg instead of fighting..

Was fun ya we lost a relic and they going to be whine about hib's rr at the same time but shit happen i still think us mids did well for saying how late we was at doing anything. But hey if they same happen to alb im sure they would not whine about mid's and hib's doing a rr at the same time becuse they are above that but time well tell on that one but i cant see it happen my self but all in all was good fun . AMG was abit of a mare tho talk about lag.

With 5 keeps down to albion and 1 door open at power relic keep , I stealthed into str relic keep and there was 1 troll on guard.

I think your gonna need more than that to defend a relic keep.

I spent most of the time with Sandrian zooming round mid frontier having fun and not getting many rps (sorry greycons) but was fun to be involved as a keep take developed into full blown RR.

None was crossrealming as far as I know. Not you, and not us so you're wrong there. There was mids inside sanctum and I was at the relics (ran up with 10% hp just when doors were going down). Didn't see Steveh pick up relics but since he was only alb up there and relics had disappeared between him entering the top floor and me spotting him there, it was pretty obvious

Hmmm whether the mids played this well or not tonight, one thing is for sure the best way to end up with less than you started with is to go out and get more. Mids had 3 relics for so long neither realm could be bothered to tackle them. I'll let hibs off as its monumental whenever they get something due to their numbers being so low.

You are now going to find that within 1 or 2 weeks you albs will be holding 1 relic. Well done to you both anyway. Be happy. You dont get to have more relics than mids very often do you

Prydwen has always been the land of the mighty Mids and I dont see that changing. History is on our side.

And on a side note... If mids expect any relics at all, try help the poor guys that repair the relic doors... Getting reports of people spending 4 plats and not getting any help while they repair !?!

This relic raid wasn't planed, it was made beacause huge alb force gathered at midgard frontiers, and takeing the keeps were easy due to low lever doors and keeps, and less defenders.
At the relic keep AoD team claimed the relic but only Steveh and me survived and moved away from the relic keep, and a scout called Robini survived too. I found the mid defence force later when i was trying to merge with Steveh, who had the relic and he was hiding in very close to the relic keep. We tried to Catch him up with the next port with a big alb force, but it was impossible to pass amg. Thats why we tried with 2 SoS groups.

wasnt a alb who told mids tha steveh had relic AND how the fock do u know we knew steveh had it ? oo nice how many albs where in the realm defence cg i wonder i wonder how many spies u had there a few secs after relic was taken ro osaid steveh had it i knw Roo well enough that he wouldnt take any info given to him from anyone on mirc dont think hes on mirc even.

If u would like to know what happened heres the story:

Started a pbaoe group in the afternoon as always and decided to go odins. Had some fun fights and ended up defending bled against 50 odd mids.

No further mids and there were alot of albs about so we decided to take some keeps. Took hlidskialf, no mid force came (keep was unclaimed so not expected) so took notts. Still nothing from mid, so went on to take glenlock and blendrake. We got reports from the border keep that 7-8fgs of mids were leaving and so i asked a group to go to each unclaimed keep so that we would know which they attacked. Eventually, mid zerg arrived at hlid so we moved and wiped them.

At this point we decided that we could try a relic raid for a bit of fun and so i asked stealthers to go to both relic keeps to check on the situation. We we're getting reports of a hib force moving through hmg and so got the main alb force to muster at glenlock while several of our groups stocked up with rams at bled. Hibs sure enough turned up at Power Relic keep so we decided that we'd have a go at the strength relic.

Frantic battle ensued at the relic keep but final door fell just as mid zerg reached the keep. Steveh grabbed the relic and ran, his group died in the process but he managed to escape and find a suitable hiding spot to await an escort.

All albs regrouped and came to amg odins where a huge mid force had gathered. First attempt we ended up all wiped but on second PE group managed to get through. They picked up steveh and headed back to amg odins. As relic carriers arrived, albs charged to create confusion and relic got through safely and was then returned to excal with no further drama.

Long winded but sorry, there was no evil cross realming between hibs or albs. Hibs just took advantage of the situation and so did we when we learnt where they were.

Thanks to all people involved and especially to Steveh for keeping a cool head for nearly an hour and to PE for getting him home safely

Tonights albion relic raid was succesfull due to the fact that mids was very uninterested in retaking keeps at first. The thing that bugs me the most are that we got reports of 60+ on Fensalir, that wasnt on Fensalir, we mids thought it was the hibs that was at Grallar but they had already been reported to 3-4fgs so I really should have smelled a rat even if Mjollnir was clear for a long time.

Furthermore...the albs defence in their own frontier borders on silly...you guys always get out insane amounts of peeps for retakes...I mean you guys got a relic raid/defence force for every keeptake and when we mids loose keeps we are often way, way less.

Hopefully me and the rest of Midgard take this as an alarm clock telling us we need to shape up.
