thank SoS, honestly that RA is overpowered at the best of times, when it comes to battles on the relic scale its just bloody rediculous. thats twice, in what, a week (?) it has brought u relics that otherwise u wouldnt have had. (FL taking it from the hibs being the first)

not like it was hard to get thru the amg zerg w/o sos .. i lost speed before sos because of aggro, i just ran with sprint and got some ae dots on me, thats all ... all mids focus was on the doors, no one checked behind, was a very well planned zerg to die out of amg by albs so get mids focus on the doors instead of PE grp with the Relic, tnx erodafira for making the zerg move seconds after i pm:ed u

Got online around 10:30 GMT, was going to do a little crafting. Did /realm as usual and started asking questions. Got myself into the CG and tbh I daren't say what I found once I'd pieced it all together from various conversations.

Anyway, managed to coax some more info and we got it clear Grivne/Dwera was leading defence. I suspect I put some noses out of joint but what the hey, you need clearly defined command. (I hate jumping in if others haveelse been running things. Tbh thats just makes you look like a bighead).

Then Hibs hit Gral. So off to Gral. We'd just cleared Hibs at Gral when the reports came in of Albs on Mjol. I logged on my shammy at Mjol and tried to get in the way a bit but wasn't a whole lot of use. Doors went down quite fast.

Got rez for shammy then logged Roo to fix doors at Gral where I'd left him. Got outer doors to about 30% but ran out of cash.

Went Odins but bumped into a few Albs and was face down fast. What a surprise.

No rez seemed to be coming so I released and finished off a few things as had stuff to deal with then logged for the night.

Nice job Albs, you deserved to take something home tonight I think.

And guys, no need to flame either side.

Oh btw I was in the relic tower with Belo, though I was downstairs. Belo spotted the relic carrier and I posted in the defence CG and on AS immediately. Steveh hadn't even left the RK and entire Mid knew it was him.

Mids need to clean house but I'm not overly worried. Lots of peeps partying and with their families for Christmas, which is as it should be. I noticed a lot of the peeps that are usually chivvying their own alliances and so forth aren't around much. I myself hardly been on this last couple of weeks with one thing and another.

hmm u still logged in ther is a 3 AM Relic Raid currently in action. When you say retake I suppose your right but I cant remember when the albs last held the mid power relic. You guys going to drop it off at hib. Would be a good tactic imo.

hehe it was a boring night, and a very very good end of the day (or just the start of the another day ? ) I managed to survive the mid zerg at the relic keep, with Stev and Butcher, but we lost each other nearly at the keep (u know that lag and excitement ) So I just ran after Stev, I could see himm still and I saw 2 guard aggros running after him, so I decided I could help more with killing the guards instead of just running (I was there with my arms and 2x1 arms speed still 1 arms speed :/ btw givf speed to armsmans!! ) While I was fighting with guards Orenthal found me, and nuked me to the hell, man pls NERF Orenthal he is nuking so hard

well this was a great end of the boring rvr-night, I hope mids will come out to play a bit , because I didnt see them for ages. Just the everlast grp sometimes, but that not enough (we cant kill them with 1 fg, but with 2 fg its not so big thing )

and dont whine about the SoS I just lost the stick when we used it to go across amg to find Steveh, and nearly got killed, our only luck was that noone was chasing us at amg, all mids just stayed at amg to kill the albs (or u have as bad lag as we and didnt notice us/cant follow us in that fekin big lag ).

well played, nice raid, I hope mids will try to hit back.

i cud agree on that, after all we cant stealth with the relic or log with it

as for hib doing a rr and drawing mids away from the str relic , yup we kinda done 1 over hibs then and let them take u mids on first given us time to breath and get the job done . had hibs not attacked the power . wud alb have got hte relic out .. tbh no i think we wud have died on the last gate . when u guys stormed in . apart from lag. u wiped us , i thought even steveh died to he spoke on the cg his out , lord knows how i saw he go up to get th relic but not out. steveh was only meant to pick it up and hand it to another player . but we cudnt do that coz of ur strong strom in. was fun tho strong pbaoe groups on portal npc

Half our bloody force went *puff gone to the void* when you hit us, jesus and even after you had wiped us out I stayed to watch (and got a few hugs and kisses from girls who are in to dead celts) ... you simply kept poring in

A Big Cheers to Aran who in less then 30mins had our forces ready to move and got us to that little silly keep of a relic keep you got in Yggdra

Laughed my ass off at Steveh's hidingplace when we finally got there,and almost had a heartattack out of nervosity when we went to SoS back after picking him up,worked fine though.

Very good work from albion yesterday.

Especially Steveh. I dont know how he got out of the relic keep. And he had a nice hiding spot too We met a few enemy groups on our way to Steveh so i guess they were looking for him.

And Erodafira had good control over the masses as usual.

Well done all. Even mids did pretty well i think. You held amg for very long.

Bah, why do people keep on talking about cross realm rubbish.

i was happily out hunting we i few of my guild when i noticed the mid keeps disappearing.

Then the mids wiped out my hunting group (why they were on hib soil and not defending thier keeps i dont know) i though hey why not see if we can take advantage of thier lack of keeps.

So i spoke to a few people and tried to gather forces, and once ready our small but valiant team set out.

unfortunately we didnt have shades around the RK at the time so had no idea if the albs had engaged, i suspected they would go for the str relic so tried to get my force to the power.

unfortunately seems the albs had scouted the area and in the end we only ended up making a nice diversion for them.

Even more of a shame that when the mid zerg hit us we had lots of l/d, still well done to all the hibs that came, and well done to the albs for getting the relic.

Oh btw despite all the whining and blaming something I noticed that I think few did.

There were some low level Mids on the frontier last night pitching in. They couldn't do much damage but they went to places and reported and sent information. I got some very useful PM's from people after I logged in and not all of it was from lvl50s. The information itself was accurate and concise. When people were panic-spamming about keeps these guys kept their heads and just kept accurate information flowing. I know that some Mids couldn't understand why I wasn't getting excited about some of the things that were happening it was because these guys were in place and I was fairly sure I had a good overall picture. Only time I disagreed with current things was when we got someone posting on AC enemies on Fens and I asked (quite strongly) we go Fens as it was on our way anyway. No enemies, it was Gral, which was confirmed by the peeps there.

If these guys need help getting to 50, give me a shout when I'm online.

These are the people we need in Midgard.

The important thing for peeps to remember, is that suggestions should go to leader via PM, not spammed in defence CG as it causes confusion. Its up to the leader to decide if the advice is accepted or not, in this case Grivne/Dwera. The most divisive thing possible when doing these things is for people to spam wonderful ideas in CG because all it does is sow confusion as people try to work out what the plan is. I get it wrong at times too, its not a criticism at others I can't blame myself for at times.

I did chuckle last night at the timing between the Hib attack on Gral and the Alb attack on Mjol. I knew today there would be cross-realming shouts. I know that when we were forming up at Svas it was on IRC but to be fair from what I can gather it had been taking place for so long I'm not really surprised. Just annoying that with 2 enemy realms in our frontier it effectively lets one realm share information with another to their mutual advantage. Don't get me wrong, I think Albs deserved their relic win last night and fair play to Hibs taking full advantage of the situation. I just hate the people that use IRC in ways like that. Its basically cheating, something I despise.
