Hi what mobs drop artefacts is it only the encounter ppl that drop them and is there a website that lists all the good items in the TOA area and what they do?

Remember to read with brains on.

Some of the stuff is outdated and has been changed in patches, but the crap pages have not been updated. Basically VoS is just a collection of random mumbojumbo from US players. Some of it is correct, some not. Generally speaking, it's a good guideline.

Often there's a note further down the page about what got changed when. Most of the summary info is up to date for the current US patch, so may vary from what we have somewhat.
