Pls stop using Daoc Radar, or Odins eye or whatever its called. And dont run away form your m8 when you see on radar that a force larger then you group is coming, better die fighting then running.

Well killed Krom at least two times today in occasions where his group tried or seemed to try to avoid the engagement, that would not happen if he had seen us on radar from afar.

So i'd say this is bullshit until correct proof backs it up...

1)Stealthed @ mPK lotherys, Krom comes pbmezzes all around.
2)Ialkran @ lotherys me stealthed near, Krom ports runn around and get to stone from behind nuking Ilak.
3) Runnin alone in the middle of nowhere @ alb side amg, Krom comes with scald, nukes.
4) 3 minstrels stealth near amg and passing throug it stelathed, Krom comes and Pbae all around.

Could be just luck. I think the last time I went to Emain for a longer time than 1 death, I killed Krom 2 times. One was at AMG north stairs, where Finster failed to protect him. Second time he was sitting down to relog or something, so I killed him - easy with a 2 second stun in opening style (BS2). Few weeks back I killed him with Hotrats, he didn't try avoid us or run away, not before we had unstealthed...

Don't see how he'd been using any of the aforementioned programs, unless he's started using one now, unless he has somekind of newly found ban-wish?

some days ago i was soloing in emain, im a 50 chanter.
I ran to tower and saw alot of mids and then fled, i saw krom and a troll was after me, and i ran very far, but anyway Krom finds me, then i sprint away from him again ever further this time (from tower to backside of lake near mmg). Some mins later Krom finds me and kills me.

I'm not claiming he is cheating, but then it would make sense.
But he could just be very smart.

Thing is I'd never though Krom used radar due to the several times we caught him with his pants down. Hard to have a proof either way but if he does can't understand that. Like pulling out the only part that is actually fun in RvR

AC2 got a built in legal radar, silly thing. But I guess AC2 PvP will suck anyway by many other ways.

Just one more suspicious story from me:

Two weeks back I was grouped with Alpha and Brommix. Krom was about, grouped with Giramas. Since we heared many stories about him and his radar, we set up a little experiment. The three of us stealthed in a wide triangle between mtk and mmg - we waited for them to come from mpk, let them pass until they were just about to leave clipping range and unstealthed in his back. Surely enuff, every time he and Giramas turned on the spot to head back. He did that repeatedly with all three of us - even when we unstealthed behind trees, so he couldn't have seen us with a camera facing back.

Sure that's no proof and could be just major luck.

Similar stories were told all over Albion about Madeleine, but I never had the chance to set up an experiment for her ...

On a different note: Recently had an annoying number of people escaping my persuit with illegal jumping (not going to explain it further, since too many know it already). Just to give you guys a fair warning: I will start to write down the people who do it and if you try it twice on me, I will report you - and this "cheat" is something that can easily be checked by GOA.

Its pretty sad to see someone can get away with cheating in this game. Having some form of radar is a massive advantage over other players. And its sad to see that there isnt any real way of prooving that they are cheating. The only way to stop this sort of thing is to make sure that incoming packets cant be read by other programs, maybe some kind of encryption would be needed. Because its programs intercepting the incoming packets that allow cheats like this.

On another note, this is blatent proof of him cheating, if what was said is true. Its one thing to say the number of inc, another to say the exact range, but saying the player classes AND their EXACT levels is impossible without cheating.

think u know about pet-hunting. if a pet class commands his pet to attack you, pet will follow u to the end of the earth, even if u are stealthed. very annoying for me as SB....but can be useful for Krom

Of course it's possible for Mythic/Goa to detect Radar users.

I can think of many ways of doing that, e.g. realying false data out-of-view of suspected radar users.

Suspected Radar user reacts to false data X number of times => Gotcha cheater.

Such a ssytem could be automated, thus not requiring too much personel resources.

Trapp has been playing kron lately (and vise versa).... not sure if he still does, or did at the time of these allegations..... One thing trapps accounts is no longer active (wonders if he quit or was banned??? Trapp wasnt a cheater as far as I know, but perhaps if kron was trapps account got caught???) dunno....

There are plugins to these programs which allow you to see everything stealthed from normal vision range..... and thats a fact. Not many people have them though.... But I fear more and more players are using unleashed.
