back to topic

was hunting near the cook yesterday with 6 friends.

we depleted our sealfarming and the cook came for us ...

I rappidly disbanded so I could rez them, but had made the mistake to enter combatmode with the cook. and hit him once

so I started to run, so did my friarfriend, hadnt disbanded tho we die at the lilispawn or whatever their name is... a cleric is camping there! yay! ... he rezes me and another member of the group and head down to the cook to rez rest of the group!

I rez the friar, 5 sec after he gets killed by the Rocut, who had aggroed the cleric and the guy he rezed.. really bad luck!

me, not being part of the group dont get the aggro, so I rez the friar again! he sit to rest.

I was about to move to the rest of the group, and get aggroed by the Rocuts (being yellow and orangecons) oh well .. i waste them, 3 yellows and 1 orange (GOO pala) ... while fighting the last yellow rocut, I hear the friar Die ... bolted to death from a redcon thane (level 48+)... then he bolts me once and (i think) sees im in battle with a mob and stop casting, hide behind a wall!

I kill the mob and sits to rest, well aware of the Thane (still redcon ) hoping to get 100% health before he strikes me, so I wouldnt loose exp ..

about 15 sec before full health he steps fouth and kills me.. expdeath ... oh well ... the risk by hunting in DF no hard feelings if you read this mate ... Then the cleric comes back with the rest of the group (all 41+ i think) we get rezed, and joins the group again...

The friar spotted the Norseman Thane seeig him going down the northern hallway and we run for him, catches him (well he stands still) and gank him ...
yes 8 vs 1 we are albs ffs

lost 0.1 bub exp (about 15 mins of leveling) but got 141 rps and 4 BPs and sure as hell was funny ...

dont want to get killed by a player while leveling, dont go DF/Frontiers

But we had to have like 5-8 vs. 1 since the thane, by the name of Sarevok btw , was L50. He nearly took me down but we had a cleric so yay
