Tieris has put too much into parry definetly,after all a mercenary is an offensive class it's not defensive.If you have high dual weld and high specced style of weapon,you seem to hit more with both weaps at once the higher the dual weld is it seems.
As hendrick posted a month or two ago in this forum some useful templates for mercs they were:

50/50/28 (it's either 27 or 28)

44/44/44

50/44/36

44/50/36

Tieris i suggest when respec comes do one of these
