Yes I duelled aloot and I know how gimped armsmen are in 1vs1 I also know the combo rage/revenge is good to kill noobs,but I consider armsmen really limited compared to other tanks and I don't think your crusade helping armsmen cause.

I wonder if you ever played another tank except your,if you actually fought something outside the brehon zerg cause your words make you look like an alien to me.

Duels or 1 vs 1 fights it makes no differance so save the attitude pal, we're both talking about the effectiveness of Armsman in solo siturations in this instance. And I do not accept that Armsman are gimped in this way, AFTER the patch they will be but not in there current state.

As for your other remarks, grow up.

I didn't mean to offend you,but I 'm serious I don't think you realise how personal is your point of view,how your judices about pole changes are only and specific linked whit your way to play as armsman and how that is far from the armsman population.

I remember once Salmuraja complain cause drinkers in DF were going to be charmable in XXX patch and he called it a SB nerf (cause drinkers have see hidden).

I see exactly the same distorsion here:what it's a nerf for you and a few other (I 'm not sure if we have 10 solo armsmen on Exalibur) it's a boost for the rest of the players playing this class,so it's actually a boost for the class.

It does: against casters and rangers/hunters cause range,walls,surprise effect.
against assasins for the surprise effect the chance to be snared have the assasins go away and pa you again.

Ras down,no end cause mmm potions timer?,and many other reasons.

All This Moaning about the Change's for Polearm.

Kagato it's A nerf for your Play Style yes.

It is Loving for the Class, Armsmen.


Your opnion is so Warped by this that it is impossible for you to look outside the box, being anything other than an armsman. With These change's Armsmen do not have to wait until They take damage to stun there enemy, it's an easy accessable stun move, Rear moves must be the most commonly used move I would imagine.

To be honest about the Stun its still not all that great..... because Slam > 2 move in Rear chain stun. Every Arms should have slam at this point, because they have tested the Double speccing issue there self and made an informed decesion.

People also complain at Defenders Aegis being made redundant. Try looking it another way...

You do Phalanx, then Revenge- There stuned- Do Phalanx ,--- Coming of stun --- Land Aegis There snared for 15 sec < think its 12 r 15>. Errr not 2 shabby but then again most ppl wont live that long for you to even get off but that's it's use now imo. Stun immune ppl cant be restunned also :D

And fyi about Poleaxe, It has it's end usage reduced and the Damage on it Increased. I wont pass judgement on it until I have tested it, as everybody should before they knock something.


As for Armsmen not being Viable, well that's a little far from the Truth tbh. We have Det, instant viability. We have Soldier's Barricade, any RA that help's the grp for a small reducing in doing damage is worth it imo, ever Alb group should contain an arms for this RA. Bof + SB = God Mode.

So again, a little harsh to say arms arent viable in RvR to say the least :D, Forget the most fotm spec.......... pick a spec that suit's your Play Style, I did. Full spec isnt for me EVEN if it gave more dmg < which it doesnt were clear on that by now :D> I would want hybrid.

Group Utility > Tiny increase in 1's own damage. Thats a generalisation for most class's / Spec's btw.

I wish to state something witch in regardless of spec its a general change in rvr witch is midgard grps useually have a guarder. (not every random grp but you know what i meen)
That meens anything 2h is kinda gimp i meen i've played skald 1500ws fullbuffed and i get in maybe 2/5 attacks on guarded ppl, so there is one thing sure its nice to have great dmg if you play polearm i guess but wouldnt it be better if you get 50 shield 50 1hand spec and guard cleric when attacked and then run back to ma when cleric is free, that how mid grps use warriors most efficant maybe its soemthing i've missed cus im not playing alb.
