most humanoid mobs have a chance to drop them afaik

Best place i have found for them is the cyclops arcana next to hurbury keep, farmed about 17 in 2 hrs.

Tomb keepers in the barrows drop the level 45 ones as well Nice if you have a level 46+ ish character you wish to level up so you can farm these at the same time. Or if you're exping artifacts/getting CL exp I guess.

Kind of easy to keep the whole room clear solo at level 50 though so I suggest a book, a guitar, cooking whilst doing this or some other hobby which you can easily put down every minute or so to kill the spawn
