Tinctures

I bought some lvl 47 tinctures to get me through those long last 3 levels but having no alchemist I can't apply them. Can only an LGM alch do it ? What's the going rate to get someone to apply them ?

Try and catch me ingame, I'll imbue them for you. I don't charge for that, by the way. All us LGM crafters have gone into hiding I think, as business has screeched to a halt since ToA... No business at all (Bar some potions and Thid gear).
