What level does an alchemist have to be to combine reactive tinctures onto armour?

Hi

Is there a level limit? Say I wanted to put an omniproc or a normal 150 ablative proc on some armour, what level does the Alchemist have to be?

There is, I think it's about half the skill required to make the proc, so about 547 or so.

Certainly I could apply ablatives in the mid 700's, but never tested before that.

I apply my own tincs so what Darzil says must be true

and dont use abls
