nice: When running sweating up more, can do training outside, do weights outside is nice.

bad: When you are very bored and only thing you can do is cry at how hot it is.

But i much much prefer the cold

Agree somewhat, its just not enjoyable when its too hot and humid. I like it alot more when its around 15-20c and a slight overcast so the sun disappears behind clouds now and then. If you miss leering at skimpily dressed women you can always join the local gym :touch:
