I dont know i like it when my tolerance for alcohol is lower as a good night is cheaper. And its important for people to tolerate each other. If we dont it would be carnage.I loathe this word and its use.
Only on 3d games, right?![]()
'There's a gaping hole in our knowledge': the scientists studying why gamers invert their controls
Our article asking why so many players invert their controls provoked a fierce debate that has now caught the attention of researchers into visual perceptionwww.theguardian.com
I must say, I always invert my controls, or it just feels weird.
I think it's flight sim related myself. I reckon people who never played a flight sim with a joystick never invert.

No. It's more complicated than that. It's like the experiments that have been done where they make people wear googles that flip everything they see upside down. After a week or so the subjects are moving around normally, can ride a bike, drive a car etc. Experiments like that and this observation about controllers implies that the brains wiring when it comes to visualisation and hand-eye control doesn't depend that much on vertical orientation.
I'm left-handed
We do tolerate eachother on FH.
Let him be! You know he rarely go out and meet any new people
Really? All the raging arguments and outright fighting and yet the only person who gets regular short bans is an outright racist and tin-foil hatter, and that's generally to give the rest of us a breather.I think FH is a very non tolerant place...

Intolerance would be bans for life. Yet we keep coming back even when we dislike some things.
FH is tolerant. The wankers who rage quit because they didn't like the opinions they were reading are the intolerant ones - they *had* to have the world reflect their views and wouldn't put up with stuff they didn't like - so left.
They're the no-platforming wankers - they de-platformed everyone on FH so they could seek out an echo chamber.
Yet here we are. Fighting like cats.

Hi fellow leftie. Have had to use joysticks developed for righties from the early days and i too use my mouse in my right hand.I've never inverted controls, even though I've used joysticks a lot in the past. I think its because I'm left-handed and I just shrug and get on with the stupid ergonomicly backward world we have to live in (I use my mouse right handed as well).
Mostly we argue but have respect for fellow freddies at the end of the day.I think FH is a very non tolerant place...
No. It's called having an opinion you disagree with and having hurt feelings.I think suggesting that I can't do my job properly because of your perception on my views on things is pretty intolerant.
Unsubstantiated claim.the only person who gets regular short bans is an outright racist and tin-foil hatter,
