I can't imagine it's a big problem where I work (head office) as the land in this area must have cost about thirty quidNot really. They've already done that. There's a LOT of discussion about systematic home working going on in our place now. Personally I like being in an office and face-to-face time, but that's because we've been shit at putting the right tools in; which is annoying because my team have been advocating this stuff for years.
Lots of big organisations are suddenly looking at the massive buildings they've invested in and realised they don't actually need them. Its creating some interesting debates and the commercial property market could be in serious long-term bother.
